how can anyone, professional or not do this to a child. Be it the child is normal or handicapped. Jamie looks to be a happy and contented baby of yours.
I am from Singapore..yes Asia. And when it comes to abuse, Singapore is alot safer in most countries. Just last week, our Supreme Court's Chief Justice suspended and convicted a gynae for misconduct and he was stripped of his medical duties. The doctor was not allowed to carry on his medical practise here. But he still seem to be smiling(from the newspapers).
Anyway, I want you to know that as a parent of 2 girls myself, I understand the pain you and your husband is goin' thru. I was sexually abused for 6 years as a child..my older daughter Natasha was physically abused by our live-in maid.
Now I help out in our church and worked as a part time counsellor with kids. Many times, I ended up crying with the kids.
Jamie will be in my thoughts..and I will pray for her healing in her little heart and justice for your little girl.
